I'm Silvia Rodríguez Castells, a psychologist, Talent Acquisition Partner and coach with more than 15 years of experience, both in-house and as an external recruiter.

My background
I have seen recruitment from inside and outside the company.
Inside Talent Acquisition teams
I have been part of in-house TA teams, so I know the pressure of volume, deadlines and hiring managers.
As an embedded recruiter
I have joined organisations temporarily, working as one more member of the team during hiring peaks.
Building it from scratch
I have been the sole recruiter in companies without a recruitment function, building processes from the ground up.
Active sourcing
Posting a vacancy is easy. Finding people who are not actively looking requires a different strategy.
I have recruited for roles and markets where applications were scarce. Rather than screening hundreds of CVs, I enjoy going out and finding the right person.

My background in Psychology and Coaching helps me explore what a CV does not show: competencies, motivations and ways of working.
I use structured, competency-based interviews and, when it adds value, DISC assessments. So your hiring decisions rely on more than a good feeling in an interview.

International experience
Based in Spain, used to working across Europe.
I spent eight years in the Netherlands working with companies, hiring managers and candidates across international markets. I have recruited in Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Ireland and the UK, among others.
